First Cambridge Realty Corporation is proposing a vibrant transit-oriented construction project at the current 50 Bishop Allen Drive location. Just two blocks from the Central Square Red Line Station and surrounded by MBTA Bus access, 50 Bishop Allen Drive is designed to meet the high demand for quality urban places served by rail systems and pedestrian access points.
The proposed project at 50 Bishop Allen includes:
- 22 Unit New Construction
- 20% of Gross Floor Area will be Dedicated for Affordable Housing
- 17 Market Rate Units
- No Parking Spaces
- Bicycle & Pedestrian Access
This project is still in the permitting phase, with construction currently slated to begin in the Fall of 2020.
